  • When you schedule a consult, you are prepared to place a deposit within 3-5 business days after receiving proposal.

  • During a short 30 minute video consult, we will discuss what you need and want from your escape.

  • We will work in collaboration with you. You can control over every step of the process or be hands off or a little bit of both.

  • After the consultation, we will send our planning invoice. Once paid we will begin the planning process.

  • In 3-5 business days, we will present you with your first and best trip itinerary. During this phase, a couple of small revisions can be made.

  • Within 3-5 business days after itinerary presentation, you should be ready to place a deposit.

We start things off with what your ultimate vacation looks like. We will ask a lot of questions because travel planning is not a “one size fits all” process and we want to get to know you, your preferences & how we can help you. Typically, this starts with a quick Zoom call.

After determining the right options and budget for your trip, we will begin researching and planning the experience of a lifetime for you. We will use all of our resources and knowledge to get you the trip you deserve.

Research & Revise

We will present your custom digital itinerary & pricing proposal for your review. At this point you will have the opportunity to request adjustments to get everything just right.

Travel Presentation

Once you are happy with the proposed travel plans we will commence the booking process & advise next steps for payment schedules, necessary travel documents & other relevant info.

Once your trip is booked, the only thing left to do is pack your bags and go! I will take care of monitoring your booking, confirming your travel stays and transfers, and delivering your final travel documents. Everything you need for travel will be housed in your personal digital itinerary accessible on your phone you will have with you wherever you are.

The Navigator Package is great for ocean or river cruises, all-inclusive resorts, escorted tours where we put together your whole trip as a package with pre and/or post stays, excursions, flights and insurance.
